What this website collects, and why.
This page covers cogniplane.ai, the marketing site. It's short because we collect very little. How the Cogniplane product handles your company's data is a different, bigger topic — that lives on the security page and in your customer agreement.

What we collect
- An email address, if you give us one. The demo and sales forms store the address you submit, plus which page you submitted it from. That's the whole record.
- Basic analytics. We use Google Analytics to see aggregate traffic — which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from. This sets cookies and is governed by Google's privacy policy.
- Operational logs. The site runs on Cloudflare. Requests pass through Cloudflare's infrastructure, and our form endpoint keeps a short-lived log of source IPs solely to rate-limit abuse. These logs are pruned automatically.
What we do with it
If you asked for a demo, a pilot, or pricing, we email you about that. If we start sending anything that resembles a newsletter, it will have a working unsubscribe link. That's it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your email with anyone.
- We don't run ad networks, retargeting pixels, or social trackers.
- We don't enrich, score, or profile the addresses you give us.
Where it lives
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated by us. Analytics data lives with Google. Nothing is replicated anywhere else.
Removal
Email hello@cogniplane.ai and we'll delete your address from our records. There's no account to close and no dark pattern in the way — one email does it.
Product data
Data your team puts into the Cogniplane product — sessions, files, integrations, audit trails — is governed by your customer agreement, not this page. The short version of our posture: tenant isolation at the database layer, credentials never exposed to the model, secrets redacted before persistence, and a full audit trail. Details on the security page.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the "last updated" date above changes with it. The history is public in the open-source repository.
